STRAPPING
Zilco sealed strapping: a core of strong web sealed within a modern polymer to give the handling qualities of leather but easily cleaned and has enormous strength.
LININGS
Synthetic leather over a padded core.
SADDLE TREE
Unique Zilco Elastomeric flexible tree which will conform to the shape of most breeds and types, whilst giving good spine clearance.
REINS
Hand parts have rubber weave web for easy all weather handling.

DESIGN FEATURES

Multi-purpose design of saddle and breastplate, which allows for easy change from single to pair, tandem or team. Moveable padding on saddle. Can be positioned to suit different conformation. Saddle lining has air-flow channels. Independent hanging noseband with adjustment both sides. Rubber weave rein grip on hand section of reins.

SAFETY & CONVENIENCE
|
|
Quick release tugs/shaft loops. Dee end traces with adjustable length at the rear end for ease of adjustment and in the case of pairs, there is no chance of being crushed between horses when adjusting traces. Breastplate lining can be removed for cleaning. All parts are adjustable from both sides of the horse. Harness is designed for both near and off interchangeability, so horses can be moved either side of the pole.

Coloured trim supplied to special order. (Red, blue, yellow etc) Red or blue breastplate linings can be interchanged for marathon days. Extra parts available for team or tandem use.
All individual parts are available separately. Tilbury tugs available. Different trace ends to suit various vehicles available separately.
ZGB is supplied in black Deluxe leatherette harness bag, with red trim and three external pockets for spares and accessories.

MAINTENANCE
|
|
Wipe clean, hose down. Hang to dry. Or tub wash in warm soapy water. Much easier than leather to maintain. A synthetic harness designed to take the strain of the most demanding marathon.
