This girth is designed to more evenly disperse pressure across the horse's sternum. This makes it far more comfortable for the horse, thus allowing it to perform better.

The sternum pad is made from vented, high density memory foam. This helps to prevent heat buildup, moulds quickly to the horse's body shape and improves circulation so that pressure sores do not develop.

The outer fabric is made from ventilated neoprene, which has a natural stretch, and bound with elastic edging. To prevent the girth from over-stretching, it has polypropylene webbing reinforcement.

The girth also features a loop to carry the false belly band, and D rings on the front and back for the breastplate clip, making the girth reversible.
